Payment Payment We use PayPal as the gateway for payment where you use all major debit/credit cards. We want to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and safely so we have given careful consideration to the carriers we use to fulfil them. We use the best carrier for the product purchased. If you, or the intended recipient, are not available, each time an attempt is made, our parcel carrier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Payment 3.1 We take payment from your card or PayPal account at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card or PayPal details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with relevant data protection laws. 3.3 Online price errors. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered or reserved, we will inform you as soon as possible (e.g. prior to the goods being despatched or in store prior to the collection of the goods). We will provide you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund. 3.4 The prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery 4.1 Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Home delivery information section and also when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. OliveTech shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. 4.2 We will deliver your order to any address in the UK. For standard delivery, we use a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within 48 hours. If you live in a remote area or the carrier finds your address more difficult to find, your delivery may take a little longer. With some of the more remote areas such as the Highlands of Scotland, delivery can take several days. We will confirm this with you at the time you place your order. 4.3 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you. 4.4 Unless we have your written authorisation, we will always need an authorised signature when delivering goods to you. 4.5 We aim to keep enough stock so that we never run out. However, at times when there is unexpectedly high demand, we may unfortunately run out. If this happens, we may delay sending out your order for a couple of days while we get new stock, we will let you know about our progress. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order. 4.6 We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, BFPO or the Channel Islands. 5. Returns and Cancellations 5.1 If you want to cancel your order, you can do so at any time until we send it out. We normally pack and send out orders very quickly so if you want to cancel your order, please contact seller as soon as possible. If we have not already sent the goods out, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund (including delivery charges) to the PayPal account used to place your order. We will make the refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of cancellation. If we have sent the goods before you cancel your order, you can still get a refund by following the returns procedure set out below. 5.2 Unwanted goods 30-day refund. Once we have despatched your goods (or if you have collected them), you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason, as long as they are with their original packaging and unused. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (and have to pay any costs involved) and we are allowed to reduce your refund if there is any damage to the goods caused by you handling them. We will make all refunds to your PayPal account used to place your order and we will pay you within 14 days of us receiving the goods . Miscellaneous Provisions 8.1 The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. Returns Returns Returns & Refunds Policy Items purchased on OliveTech's Ebay shop can only be returned via post. Though we hope that you will never need to return anything, should you need to do so, we aim to make it as quick and easy as possible to refund your purchase. This policy has all the information you'll need to understand when and how you can do this. I've changed my mind We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from OliveTech Ebay. Should you change your mind about your purchase please return the product, within 30 days of receipt, by opening a Return Request though My eBay. We'll be more than happy to offer a refund on receipt of the item. PLEASE NOTE: Items being returned need to be unused, unopened, with any seals still intact, and in the same condition as received. My item has been damaged in transit We do our utmost to ensure our items are carefully packed and protected, however, sometimes damage can occur in transit. Once you have received your item, please ensure you check it for any damage straight away. If you are unhappy in any way with the condition of your purchase please let our Customer Services Team know within 2 days of receipt. You can do this by contacting us through My eBay. Any damage reported after this period will not be considered as transit damage. My item is faulty We are confident in the products that we sell, should a fault occur please see our policy, which is in addition to your legal rights. My item has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery. Within 30 days of receipt of the goods you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement or full refund. If your item develops a fault, please notify us via My eBay with details of the fault. If we agree an item is to be returned as faulty, we will send you a pre-paid postage label or arrange a collection at our expense.
